30 Day Challenge

ALL IN is a 30-Day high intensity, fat loss, strength and skill training program that requires you to make the commitment to go ALL IN! A unique, innovative and creative training system that will drive your strength, agility, athleticism and physique to new heights! 

ALL IN was designed to give you an insight to how I train and help build you into a habitual, creative and unique human machine. Be prepared to destroy the destructive mindset and rebuild it with the resilience, discipline and internal dialogue that will keep you in motion through the most enduring circumstances not only during your training sessions but will carry over into everyday life situations. 

Every day you will be challenged to break past your limitations going beyond physical results and tapping into skilful mind training that you can translate into everyday life. It requires grit, persistence and gut-wrenching effort to build resilience, mental toughness and inner strength.

 

This program goes beyond the physical results and is the ultimate conditioning tool for improving your mindset, physical capabilities and mental toughness. Training the brain goes hand in hand with training the body in order to push it beyond its limits. The mental conditioning you will instil over the 30 days will help break down those barriers of perception of what we think we can or can't do to embrace the possibilities of training the brain and unlocking performance gains. 

You will build on the following skills: Agility, speed, strength, muscle and cardiovascular endurance, explosiveness, power, other important factors that can facilitate function and real-world capabilities. And the following training protocols: Weight training, bodyweight training, unilateral training, balance and coordination, mobility, ninja skills (grip, hangs, jumps, transitions), dynamic and static. In short, you will be able to kick butt inside and outside of the gym!

Important to note:

 

  • First thing’s first, this program is NOT for a complete beginner. 

  • This program is targeted towards the intermediate and advanced levels 

  • This program is for both men and women.

  • You will be sore. If you don’t like the feeling of DOMs this program is not for you.

  • You will need access to a gym with basic gym equipment.

  • This program is in PDF form and does not include video tutorials; these can be requested within the online forum (facebook ALL IN group) during the 30 days.

  • You need to be dedicated, committed and consistent.
